Registrants may cancel by 15 March, 2024 with guaranteed full refund of deposit and any other advance payments (if any). After 15 March there will be no guaranteed refunds. An optional trip insurance policy, such as a “cancel for any reason” policy, may reimburse for various unforeseen events depending on policy coverage details.
