Registrants may cancel by 12 July, 2024 with guaranteed full refund of deposit and any other advance payments (if any). After 12 July there will be no guaranteed refunds. Any applicable discounts are contingent on receipt of full payment by the 12 July deadline. An optional trip insurance policy, such as a “cancel for any reason” policy, may reimburse for various unforeseen events depending on policy coverage details.
