The cost is $5,504 per person, double occupancy, for the 11-night tour (17–28 March 2027), of which $4,004 is paid to Tiny World Tours (the land cost, covering hotels and the Happiness Farm, all meals, guiding, private transport, and entrance fees) and $1,500 is paid directly to BIF for the Bhutan Innovation Forum Festival Pass. The pass also waives Bhutan’s Sustainable Development Fee, which otherwise runs $1,100 over the eleven nights — so attending the Forum costs $400 net, not $1,500. Without the Festival Pass, the full $5,104 (land cost plus the $1,100 Sustainable Development Fee) is paid to Tiny World Tours, and nothing is owed to BIF. International airfare is not included. This trip is reached only by Druk Air (Royal Bhutan Airlines); Dorji will help you book your flight to Paro from one of several gateway cities (e.g. Delhi, Kathmandu, Bangkok).

A private room for the full 11 nights is available for an additional $440, subject to availability; please inquire if interested.

Registrants may cancel by 1 January, 2027 with full refund of deposit and any other advance payments (if any). After 1 January there will be no refunds. Payment in full is also due by 1 January, 2027. An optional trip insurance policy, such as a “cancel for any reason” policy, may reimburse for various unforeseen events depending on policy coverage details.
