Tiny World Tours General Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the absence of something stated to the contrary, the following is Tiny World Tour's general tour cancellation and refund policy:
Should you need to cancel your tour reservation once it has been confirmed, you must immediately advise Tiny World Tours in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing and acknowledged by us.

Cancellation Penalty as a % of final invoiced tour price
Forfeit any Deposit Amount
We recommend you buy travel insurance immediately upon booking your tour and/or air tickets. Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation penalty charges under the terms of your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.
Cancellation or Modification by Tiny World Tours
Although Tiny World Tours makes every effort to conduct every confirmed tour, we reserve the right to cancel, re-schedule, or alter any tour as we deem necessary. If a tour must be cancelled for any reason, there will be a prompt and full refund of any monies paid. If there is an additional or increased tour cost, such as caused by taxes, unexpected external factors or increased costs due to unexpected delays, currency costs, exchange rates, etc. it may be passed on to passengers. Tiny World Tours further reserves the right to re-price, cancel or withdraw any tour, trek or expedition for any reason whatsoever prior to departure; to alter or omit any part of the itinerary, to substitute hotels or change means of transportation with reasonable notice. If a tour, trek or expedition is cancelled due to acts of insurrection, strikes, acts of God or any other cause beyond the control of Tiny World Tours, refunds will be made based on what is recoverable by Tiny World Tours.
